Might of the Meek / Brutal Restraint

have both jewels overlapping. it causes the might of the Meeks to give NO effect versus 50% increase, timeless jewel acts appropriately. I've done this in the past and it has worked, somethings off.

If it ever worked in the past that would be a bug. Passives affected by timeless jewels cannot be further modified in any way. Its stated on the jewel itself.

ah.. I see now. just says conquered but that means essentially what you're saying. might have been a different combination of jewels I was using in the past but I couldve swore it was for stat stacking with timeless.
