Strongbox explicit value + Ambush Scarab of Potency

Hi,

The new scarab Ambush Scarab of Potency (75% inc effect of explicit modifiers) does not work with the strongbox "of Quality" that add the explicit "Contained Items have (1–20)% Quality" with the scarab the value of the perfect roll will be 35%

Does this interaction is a bug ? On a other note, 35% quality on an item will be a bit too overpowered, maybe limit the range to have 30% with the 75% scarab (so 18% max). Cool be fun to roll strongbox mod to get a perfect value (18 values possible) and trying to get a good base, a bit like the adorned Bane of Chaos vaal rolling.
