Triggered Iron Flask When Chilled Not Restoring Ward

What is expected:

When an Iron Flask is set to trigger when chilled and when the character is chilled, the Iron Flask should be activated, and the ward should be restored.

What is in-game behavior:

When an Iron Flask is set to trigger when chilled and when the character is chilled, the Iron Flask is activated but the ward is not restored.

How to reproduce:

1.) Get an Iron Flask and craft "Use when you become Chilled"
2.) Any ward equipment
3.) Get hit and chilled

This bug is hurting my specific setup:

- Ezomyte Peak to guarantee hit by mob attack
- Call of the Void to guarantee chilled by hit
- Master Alchemist to remove the chill

So essentially as long as I have flask changes, my ward should be permanent. Get hit -> Ward break -> Chill -> Trigger Iron Flask -> Restore ward.

The flask is indeed triggered because the charges are consumed and the buff is applied. Just the ward is not restored. The only possible way this could happen is the chill applied before the hit but itself should be a bug.

Things tested that are not impacting the result:

- Number of Iron Flasks does not matter, tried 3 flasks and 1 flask.
- Rarity of the Iron Flask does not mater, tried with normal and magic flask.
- Master Alchemist does not matter, if not have it, the chill will last but still ward is not restored.
- Call of the Void does not matter, it just makes the chill easier, without it still the same behavior.
Tested additional setups:

- Use when you become Ignited does not work. Done testing with double Mokou's Embrace. I got ignited and the Iron Flask was triggered but ward not restored.
- Used when you start Bleeding works. Tested with The Red Trail and I started bleeding, the Iron Flask was triggered and the ward was restored.
- Used when you take a Savage Hit tested with CWDT. I got hit, triggered CWDT, triggered Forbidden Rite, triggered Iron Flask and the ward is restored. However, this interaction involves 2 hits, one hit break the ward and one savage hit. 2 hits in 1 server tick and the interaction is working as intended.
- Used when you Use a Travel Skill works, same as CWDT setup but use travel skill instead of Forbidden Rite.
I might be mistaken, but I think you get chilled before 'losing resources due to damage' (ward, es, life) but after being hit.

So I think it goes: hit -> damage triggers (like Cast When Damage Taken) -> ailment application -> resource loss -> On-hit effects (like bleed from Red Trail).

Yes, that can be one explanation.
Additional testing:

- Tried a Marauder, same issue.
- Tried trigger Iron Flask when poisoned with Apep's Slumber, ward restores.
Additional testing:

- Put the trigger when the adjacent flask is activated Iron Flask to the side of another utility flask that has trigger when chilled, ward does not restore.
