T17 Nightmare of Catarina becomes invulnerable

Hi,

i just had a T17 Ziggurat map with Maven interferes with Player.
While fighting the boss maven created copies of it.
After the second lich was dead, the third never spawned and the boss stayed in an invulnerable state.
It couldnt be damaged, it couldnt be targeted, but it did attack and do damage.
