Reflecting Mist bugged stats?

Hello, may I get an explanation as to why the stats on my ring are so low after applying a reflecting mist? For reference, prior to slamming my mist, strength was max roll ess mod of +58 and all attributes was min roll at +13.

I don't currently see a single helical ring with a lower strength roll with a T0 Ess. This is 5 stat so I expected the multiplier to be fairly average across the board.

BTW the increase from quality and increase from implicit and mod value change from Reflecting Mist unsure it is multiplicative or just follow normal increase rule
