Stuck at loading screen after graphic driver update

My graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super with Max-Q Design.

I recently updated my graphic driver to 560.81-notebook-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql-g.
After the update, when I enter towns (Karui Shores and Overseer's Tower), the game stuck at the loading screen. I can enter (it will also stuck occasionally) Act 1 Lioneye's Watch using I lv2 character and also hideout.

Everything works again after I rollback the driver (538.18).

Is there any compatibility issues with the driver? Thanks!
