Can't build new buildings in Kingsmarch

I can't build new buildings in Kingsmarch, and all my Kingsmarch-related quests are gone from my logs.

I have no quest nor the ability to build a smelter or a farm, for example.
Only buildings I have are the mine and the shipyard, nothing else is open or available for building. No quests whatsoever.

I'm assuming this happened because I died once very early on in Hardcore and went again on a different character, but I would like the ability to actually build things in my city.

Character name is MelaajaMelee on HC settlers.

Any fixes would be greatly appreciated.

You didn't Migrate from SSF, did you?

And are you sure there's no upgrade button between Johan and Raulf in Kingsmarch?
