Kingsmarch shipping loot based on receiver not sender

Send out a shipment on my main character with significant value (1 million +) and while lvling a new character decided to accept it. The loot got downscaled to my new characters level (everything of a low ilvl). This is probably intended behavior, but it would be nice to have a warning since this can significantly ruin a huge shipment.
