Is there a way to reroll the tiers of an item?

I have an item here that seems to have rolled pretty favorable mods, but all in low tiers. As far as I understand the orbs... There's no way to reroll the tier levels themselves, right?

Correct, there is not.

You are correct. You can reroll within their existing tiers, but only way to reroll the tiers is to scour and start using some more orbs.

Pity about this armor, then. If they'd all rolled on their highest possible tiers, even as an i55, this would have been pretty good to use. As it is I lucked out on one side of RNG and crashed on another lol.
