Betrayal resurch spawning without boss

Hi, i had my betrayal resurch lab's spawning without any boss inside.
It appears when you have someone in interrogation, that will bring the resurch intelligence up to 100%, the resurch lab will spawn without any members inside.
You can still enter it and fight the normal enemy's but it doesnt have any boss at the end, what left me confused for a coupple times now.
Other betrayal contend seems not to spwan in this situation, so your loseing 1 out of your 3 mission when this happens on research... what feels kinda bad.
