Kirac not rewarding missions

Hi, currently I am sitting on my second character of the league, i didn't play the first too far because i noticed that i was in mid yellow maps and still hadn't recieved a single kirac mission all league. So i tried a new character to see if that worked. No dice. As of right now, I have run at the LEAST 60 maps, and haven't received a single one. I believe I have found similar complaints on some old Reddit threads, however there were comments saying that it was happening in 3.25 to other people as well. Please GGG, my map sustain and atlas is progression is mad slow.

No, like its a bug because its happening to me as well. Atlas missions are showing from kirac but not proccing when you click it. Like at all
