Crater Map won't complete

I ran an alched Crater map. First time I ran the map (so I was expecting to get the atlas point).

1) No Atlas Point
2) Despite killing all creatures in the map (except for creatures that would be spawned if I interacted with the league mechanic, which I have not done) the map still thinks there is 1 creature left to kill. I suspect the 1 remaining creature is the map boss despite it registering that the map is complete.

You can see me standing in the map boss area in the screenshot. Everything is dead. I have gone through the map multiple times to make sure a monster didn't somehow get caught in a corner -- there is nothing left for me to kill here.

Update:

I again scoured the map and decided to interact with the league mechanic.

Found the missing monster. It was a totem that I'd missed.

So that means the real bug is that despite me having completed the map, I did not get credit for having done so.
