Admiral's Arrogance Antique Gauntlets

This item is providing an interaction that I believe to be unintentional. It's already stated in the known bug report that it's providing a way to generate rage on its own.

The issue appears to be that you keep its +Gem level passive, even if you unequip the gloves.

Steps to test: Have gloves equipped, my skill gem (Frost Blades of Katabasis) shows +3 Levels from Global Modifiers. If the gloves are then unequipped, the state of my skillgem does not change, and shows +3 Levels from Global Modifiers.

In the same type of issue, If you have a melee skill gem in and equip the gloves, the modifier does not apply the +(1-3) modifier until changing zones or removing/inserting the skill gem.

Swapping zones or removing/inserting the skill gem appears to readjust the skillgem to the correct level.
