REF 1.443.542.685: Max stack size caps Delirium Splinter drops at 300

Been running some breach juiced maps with Delirium mirrors and every map has dropped exactly 300 splinters at the end.

It seems though more might have dropped, the most splinters you can get from a single deli mirror is 300. It doesn't drop additional stacks if you get more, which feels like it should.

Was looking for an answer on this but couldn't find whether or not this was intended.
