Currency exchange marking orders as complete after barely filling them

Just one example:
 About 1/3rd of this order was completed. And then for some reason it just ends. This probably doesn't even refund the gold too. Last bumped on Aug 7, 2024, 10:15:29 PM

That's just poorly implemented then. It should go until it completes the buy/sell side. So what if I receive a few extra currency.

It can't though because it's impossible to fulfill at the new rate. You don't have enough stock to fulfill a 2.9197 ratio. What you would be asking for is to have the system auto-adjust to the next possible rate and that opens a wormhole for potential bugs where it updates to a wrong rate and people get scammed of potentially a lot of currency.
For a first implementation, I extremely enjoy the system and it has me playing more than the league mechanic itself. I only sell gear or stuff that can't be sold on the exchange. If you don't like the system, here's your options: 1. Use better rates like I said earlier. 2.90 would have fulfilled way more and at most 9 would have been unsellable if better rate found. 2. Use smaller quantities. 3. Sell at the buyer rate. Worse rates, but then you don't have to wait, do math, or re-pay gold costs. 4. Use the trade site. Some stuff still sells better on bulk trade than on AH due to gold costs. Subject to change once more people have their gold farming situated and understand how the exchange works (I've taught a ton of people how to use in our community). 5. Suggestion forum if you want it to auto-adjust. Best of luck to the dev who works on that and puts GGG at risk of massive backlash if abuse cases are found. |

Or you know they could just let you set a ratio and how much of a currency you want to buy/sell. And then you get all the currency for that ratio or lower. Like a normal trade system (Runescapes Grand Exchange).
