How do I craft this Helm?

I am looking to craft the following helmet.



Specifically, I need the helmet to at minimum have the following stats.

Explicits
+2 level of Socketed AOE Gems
10% Increased Mana Reservation Efficiency Skills
45% Increased Cold Resistance
45% increased Fire Resistance

Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Probably not the most efficient way but my first thought would be:
1) spam the mana reservation essence until you hit 2 45%+ res rolls
2) harvest swap the res if needed
3) suffix cannot be changed
4) veiled orb slam for +2 aoe
5) if 4) failed scour prefixes and go again from 3)

Are there any blockers for the Veiled orb slam to get the +2 AOE?
