curse on hit and mark on hit doesnt work with +1 curse

I have curse on hit from corrupted gloves Mark on hit + poachers mark and annoited whispers of doom When attacking rare/unique with Poisonous concoction of bouncing, temp chains get reapplied all the time, but poachers mark isnt  Is it a bug?
