Apparently you misunderstood. Workers work and mine ore. But ore is not added to the warehouse, and ingots are not created by other workers. That is, they mine 0 ore, although it is shown that they mine it. but she's not there. And ingots are not made. You can look at the plants and you can see how the plant counter is replenished every second. And ore and ingots are not replenished.

You must find ore on the maps so that workers can mine it. Workers do not generate ore on their own.
