Guranteed map boss drop from altars did not drop

I did not recieve guranteed reward from map boss on T16 Sepulchre map. From eldrich altars the boss was supposed to drop 6 divine orbs and it didnt drop single one. I have encountered this issue this league already but never was it influential enough to make me report the bug before. Proof images are included. I took screenshots as soon as i realised the glitch and found out how to report it. My character didnt even move since i killed the boss (you can tell by the gold from boss that is on the ground. Same here except that i was supposed to receive 4 divination cards from the alleyways boss t16. Exarch altar btw.
