Oath of Summer + Stormfire Ring inflict ignite instead of scorch

Having a Warden with Oath of Summer allocated and wearing a Stormfire ring allows you to ignite enemies with lighning damage but you are still not able to scorch them with lighning damage only.
So with lightning damage + fire damage you can scorch AND ignite enemies with this setup.


NOT able to scorch with this setup



BUT i can ignite

Wish there was some response here, other threads claiming same issue, it's been ruining my build since league start.
