Sending Two Ships to the same location changes desired shipments

So one bug I noticed was that when I wanted to send two shipments to the same harbour, their desired shipment objects would change. I am unsure if this occurs before or after accepting the second reward but I stopped doing this since from what players have said, you WANT to fully fill desired product orders to increase the harbour rep and get better rewards.

Several times I shipped to the same harbour and DIDN'T send enough between the two ships to fulfill their order, but it changed anyway. An example is sending two ships to either Ngakanu or Riben Fell in order to get runes or tattoos quickly.



Also as a sidenote of feedback, if there is INDEED an element of fulfilling orders with a harbour providing some hidden favour, this needs to be shown in the menu, even if only as some number value of how much they like you, as GGG previously stated they were trying to remove hidden information so players can understand whats going on. Even if we don't know what the big number represents, at least we can know which port is more favoured and that we have been focusing on.
