Vorana's Preparation is not retriggered on end with an instilling orb

Given:
- Vorana's Preparation with an enchant of Reused at the end of this Flask's effect.
- You get hit, breaking your ward and therefore ending the flask's effect.

Expected Behaviour:
- The flask should be automatically reactivated per the instilling orb.

Actual Behaviour:
- The flask effect ends and is never reactivated unless you manually press the flask again.

Given the ward changes this league, it would be great to see this fixed. This came up 3 years ago (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3152745), but there hasn't been any momentum on it. It's a really important flask for ward characters, and it was sad to see it bugged on a character designed to take advantage of it.
