Anointment for Cleansed Thoughts returns incorrect passive skill (rallying icon)

Hi All,

I'm would like to anoint a corrupted unique amulet in order to add the Cleased Toughts passive skill

In detail, it's an onyx amulet (Hinekora's Sight) for which I'm using 1) Clear Oil, 2) Azure Oil and 3) Golden Oil plus 4) Tainted Oil.

However as a result of the above recipe the result is Rallying Icone as opposed to Cleased Thoughts

Can you please double check and eventually resolve the technical issue preventing the Cleased Toughts passive skill to be anointed?

Cleansed Thoughts should be Prismatic, Azure, Golden.

thank you for your reply, however according to the wiki (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Cleansed_Thoughts) it should be: 1) Clear Oil, 2) Azure Oil, 3) Golden Oil. Is there an official data source suggesting that primastic oil should be used in place of the clear one?

Introduced the Prismatic Oil, which can be used to anoint special Passive Skills not on the Passive Skill Tree otherwise. We've also added many more Passives to this pool.

It's not unheard of for the wiki to not be up to date after an update where the specific contents aren't actually in the patch notes.

hmm ok thank you for your clarification, however I'm not 100% sure whether this applies to the Cleansed Thoughts given that it is actually available on the passive skill

problem is that I'm on xbox standard league where there are just a few of prismatic oils available for sale and therefore they are very expensive (~ 25 div), so I would like to confirm the correct recipe before spending such large amount of currency

There should be a hotkey yo view the oil ingsme. Pc is alt button but i am not sure about console.


Alao before anointed, putting all 3 oils in cassia's bench, will have the preview of which passive is being anointed, so that do click confirm of it is wrong passive.

yeah I know but I would need to buy the prismatic oil in order to check the preview before proceeding with the anointment, is it possible to confirm the correct anointment recipe for Cleansed Thoughts directly with someone from GGG? sorry this is the first time I'm trying to report a potential bug/issue so I don't know how to do it, thanks again for looking into this!

If the notable is not hidden on Xbox for some reason, feel free to follow neohongkong's advice, hover over/target it at the skill tree and use the advanced description button, it'll show you the oils required for anointing.

If it's actually hidden, and you can't check the oils in-game, there is the official skill tree data https://github.com/grindinggear/skilltree-export/blob/master/data.json, press "View raw" and Ctrl+F "Cleansed Thoughts".
