Unminable Verisium

I found a node of Verisium that I have been searching for for 24 hours and when I finished the encounter nothing happened. There are zero monsters left in the map and the Verisium is not queued to mine. Miners are assigned. It is 100% bugged and I have lost all motivation to play this league now. It has literally been 24 hours since I have seen Verisium (max level miners with rarer ore upgrades etc..). This one node had 800+ which is more than what I even needed to finally be done with the upgrades. This is the same as a divine orb dropping and then deleting itself. I have a screenshot of the dead node.

I have bugged all ore veins. Got no ore to mine from last 10 maps, cleared encounter and vein was marked, with dude coming out of portal to smash some ore...

Have the same with verisium. I get it once a day and it does not mine. Great, super motivated to play further.
