Fairgraves' Tricorne Touched buff disappears

Hi GGG,

my understanding was as long as I keep wearing the Fairgraves' Tricorne and get the buff by a Tormented Spirit by getting touched I keep the buff indefinitely as long as I dont change my helmet or change the area. For some reason that I havent figured out yet I lose the buff while mapping sometimes.

Im on a Guardian with "Time of Need". I have not been able to do any testing yet but I cant remember this happening to my Warden.
