Shipping time is stuck ~ not progressing

I launched 2 ships before I went to bed to Riben Fell with 10 verisium and 100 dust,
and the shipping time was 36:32, and checking the rewards in the morning, the shipping time was still at the initial 36:32.

I abandoned the shipment and tried again, but once again it's not progressing!
