Replica Heatshiver & Oath of Spring

From my testing Replica Heatshiver is not getting the extra cold damage per 2% shock effect on enemy for using Oath of Spring despite it having almost the same wording as lightning conduit. To my knowledge it should work since it was confirmed lightning conduit does work with all the stacks of shocks.

I also would like a confirmation on this.
