delete ritual green projectiles that deal 1 billion damage

why does this exist now?? what even cause this?? is it even spawned by a ritual mob or the ritual altar itself?? why does it needs to do so much damage? what type of damage it even do? why does it follows you through the entire map?? seriously what were the devs thinking? why do i need a 1 mirror invest character to do the least rewarding mechanic in the game?

Is this the teal green/blue orbs that follow you around and explode near you? those absolutely destroyed me recently and i have all res capped, so no idea what that is lol
