Sacrifice Support not working with other sources of life sacrificed

If other sources of life sacrificed upon a spell casted or triggered are added to a build, like the up to 25% of Life from Demon Stitcher Gloves, the added Chaos Damage does not behave accordingly. The support gems text makes not clear that the 44% of Sacrificed Life only applies to Life sacrificed from THIS support gem ONLY. Rather, it is written in a generous flavor, giving players the assumption it would be the total Life sacrificed and the support gem provides a baseline 20% to the spell being supported. Either fix the behavior of the support gem or make the description of the gem more clear: "Supported Spells Sacrifice 20% of your current Life when Cast to gain added Chaos Damage equal to 44% of Life sacrificed by this Support Gem" Last edited by Vanqy#6920 on Aug 3, 2024, 7:35:07 PM Last bumped on Aug 3, 2024, 11:43:01 PM

"Support gem doesn't sacrifice anything, it makes the supported spell to sacrifice. If there were many similar cases and the rewording was necessary, I'd go with: "Supported Spells Sacrifice 20% of your current Life when Cast to gain added Chaos Damage equal to 44% of Sacrificed this way Life". |
