Change Mace Mastery for Attacks Slower Than 1 Second

The current mastery is "12% chance to deal double damage with attacks if attack time is longer than 1 second". This is a trivial mastery that really doesn't have a place in modern PoE. There are 16 people using it as per PoE.Ninja and all of them use intimidating cry. Depending on your CD, you are probably in between warcries for maybe 1 or 2 attacks at most. The relevance of 12% would only be noticeable over a very very long fight with hundreds of non-exerted and very slow attacks. This is further trivialized by the fact that slow weapons don't have very large flat phys differences than their much faster counter-parts. This makes %increased attack speed a MUCH larger more multiplier for damage. The only skill that may benefit is something like EQ, but intimidating cry solves that as well.

I would propose that this mastery be switched to something that benefits attacks that swing this slow. Here are some ideas:

1. Attacks longer than one second cannot be interrupted. i.e temporary stun and freeze immunity only during swing animation.

2. Attacks longer than one second, provide X% increased armour during swing animation.

3. Attacks longer than one second, cannot be evaded.

4. Attacks longer than one second, have increased melee range. (This one would be especially noticeable, since SO many enemies kite you).

Either way, if your swinging slowly there is no reason NOT to take intimidating cry, even if you don't spec into warcry.
