Fairgraves Tricorne & Haunted Mod

Hi GGG,

I am unsure if this is a bug itself, or just an oversight.

But equipping Fairgraves Tricorne & the new Wand Enchant "You are Haunted by Tormented Spirits"; you do not get the Fairgrave Tricorne buff.

If this is intended, very sad : (

If this is a bug, seeing this fixed would be great.
