Close Combat's Combat Rush is not showing up on buff bar

I have Sunder in 6L, with Close Combat. After slamming with Sunder, I don't see Combat Rush buff in the top left corner. I believe it works tho, because the first use of Leap Slam after Sunder has reduced attack time. Possibly only visual bug? Or is it intended?

Same issue here, persists regardless of what skill Close Combat is supporting.
