Sailor's Folly - Failed to Connect to Instance

Couldn't find any other threads on this one.

I've just had my first Pirate Ransom, however every time I attempt to go through the Sailor's Folly portal I get disconnect with an "unable to connect to instance" message.

Reproduceable every time from my end, approx. 7 attempts.
Tried using london and frankfurt gateways.

Update: used up all portals so I guess it was 6 attempts.
Didn't realise that there were limited portals.
