[MTX Finishers] Blood Tornado + Lethal Lacerations do not proc on corpse destruction.

The finishers in the title do not proc at all if the corpse is destroyed, at least from Gratuitous Violence explosions, as well as shatters. I'm assuming this applies to all the rare finishers in the new box, as well as to all corpse explosion mechanics although I haven't tested them.

Really annoying, and I'm assuming it's a bug as every older rare finisher works on both bleed-pops and shatters. Hopefully it's fixed soon as this makes them effectively a waste of money for anyone playing bleed glad (like myself).

I also noticed Blood Tornado almost never spawning, thought it was due to indirect damage (dot from bleed).

Another bug is that it allows you to equip some of the new finishers as a second one (in off hand) while clearly stating on most older finishers, that only one should be possible.
