Runecraft (7-10%) increased fire damage per 1% fire resistance above 75% not working
|
In adding the Runecraft (7-10%) increased fire damage per 1% fire resistance above 75% to my 2 handed axe I received no increase in damage despite my total resistance showing (228%). In removing a Goldrim from my character my skill damage neither increased or decreased.
It would seem the runecraft has no effect. Last bumped on Aug 3, 2024, 1:16:58 AM

Not a bug. Same wording as Nebulis.
Read wiki on how these mod actually works This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. About the username: Did you know Kowloon Gundam is made in Neo Hong Kong?

Thank you for the reply, can we please change this trash wording... Just wasted over 4 div on this.

It says "Fire Resistance", not "Uncapped Fire Resistance".
Characters can have up to 75 fire resistance by default, and can have up to 90 with investment. The wording is literal. The mod gives you 75% inc dmg at the default 75 res, and 90% inc dmg if you've hit the 90% hard cap. The only thing the number in the parenthesis you were misled by shows you is how much over the resistance cap you are. What way would you have it worded differently? ign: Aan_allein

Pretty simple, (7-10%) increased fire damage per 1% fire resistance above 75% (up to 90%).
Also, doesn't the mod only give (7-10%) * 15 at best as it's above 75%? A 150% max. |
