" Gathering Winds does not give movement speed or attack speed, it gives action speed. Action speed is a separately tracked stat. Increasing your action speed will make you attack faster, but won't affect your attack speed stat. It will make you move faster, but you won't affect your movement speed stat. |

Tailwind increases Action Speed, it does not directly increase movement and attack speed in the character tab.

Gale force stacks do not increase skill damage in tooltip. Each stack grants 10% increased effect of Tailwind (Tailwind increases Action Speed by 8%). This does not change skill damage in tooltip, but increases the real damage, which can be checked in PoB.
