Please help! Random crashes constantly...Game has become unplayable.

Hi GGG and the community!

I like so many others are loving this league/game. For the first time ever I am having MAJOR issues playing the game this league.
Constant crashes are occurring all day long resulting in me having to restart the game up to 50+ times per day just in order to be able to play a map or two only to then crash.
Sometimes it crashes multiple times at startup and sometimes I have been able to play for about 30min~ before the next crash occurs.
When I HAVE been able to play a bit longer the crash then seems to occur mostly when changing zones or when I press CTRL+G or simply G to bring up any of the trees. With that said it seems to crash when it has to load any kind of "new" graphics visually. I say this since I have left my game/computer on over night and NO crashes are occurring when sitting idle inside the game.
I have looked (what it feels like) EVERYWHERE for a fix and I have seen that this issue has been going on for multiple YEARS for people without being adressed leaving me very worried that you simply either do not care for a fix OR there is none. Both of those options would suck... *sad face*
I have tested all of the supposed "fixes" that I have been able to find now that I have been searching/trying for 4 days straight.
Here's a list of some of the stuff I have tested:
Reinstalled the game, verified gamefiles, went to lowest settings possible in game, used DDU to to clean installs on the graphicscard drivers, tried tweaking the PSU in order to reach stability, went and did manual memory paging to find stability, updated windows, removed overclocking on the intel extreme tools, tweaked settings in the nvidia control panels linked to shaders, made sure the same issue isnt a thing in other games, chcked my network (which works just fine), tried to even swap out the physical graphicscard to see if GPU was broken, ran it on single core CPU,
Tweaked the overclocking on CPU, tried running it in win8 compatability mode, tried running it as admin, tried going fullscreen,updated bios, tried with and without XMP on, tried installing updated chipset drivers for motherboard and much much more...Feels like I have tried everything and at this point I simply can't stand it anymore so either I will need some help with this or I will have to not play PoE anymore (not by choice ofc). I am begging for help...Hope to hear from someone soon that knows how to adress this. Good luck in the league to you all!

Speccs:Win11, RTX Asus Strix 4090, 64GBRAM@6000mhz, Intel 14900k,Asus Z790Dark Hero motherboard, 12 TB Samsung Pro990 NVME's.

There is a known issue with the Vulkan renderer when using anything over medium textures, could it be that you're currently using Vulkan on high (Default) settings?

I found out what the issue was. It was related to the wrong voltage being sent to my 14:th gen CPU due to a malfcuntion tied to BIOS version. This has at a later date been solved by updated to the BIOS fix released the 8:th of August.

Hope this could help anyone using the 13:th or 14:th gen INTEL Cpu's.
