betrayal syndicate and catarina veiled orb drops

i've been doing betrayal since the first day of league and i think im around 20 catarina kill streak with 0 veiled orb drop

except gravicius other members of syndicate are not even worth thinking about their place and rank making them beyond useless loot wise

is this the punishment for wanting aisling itemised ? back then on average every 2 catarina kill would meant aisling t3 research guaranteed
