Bugged Scarab of Potency

Scarab of Potency gives 75% more explicit mods on strongboxes and this is showing up when you Alt hover the mods on a box, but it is not actually giving 75% more to the quality modifier for items that drop from strong box.

It is working properly for explicits like "more rarity of contained items" tho.

If the scarab is meant to not effect the quality mod (too OP?), then it shouldn't show it does when holding Alt.
