Enduring Cry (or warcries in general) does not get affected by Increased Area of Effect Support

Tested using 5 Act 7 Archer Skeletons attacking me the moment they are in range.

Used Enduring Cry without Inc AoE Support - Generated 1 Charge

Used Enduring Cry with Lv 15 Inc AoE Support and walking away a bit from the enemy's range - Did not even generate a charge even though the animation range increased

Not sure if its intended or not, as the warcry should be affected by Inc AoE

I also struggle with this bug
