Haunted by Tormented Spirits enchantment disappears after leaving Instance

The enchantment "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" is bugged. It disappears from the weapon / wand after leaving the instance.


A video of the bug can be found in the following youtube link. It showcases a player (Templar Hierophant lvl 97) using the rune bench with the maximum level applying the enchant "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" to a wand and changing the zone.

.. seems like the enchant itself is haunted.

The "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" enchantment is still not visible on the item. However when entering a map the buff and its effects appear to be active, despite the weapon not displaying the enchantment itself.

I've attached an image showcasing the minions spawned by the effect as well as the buff while the weapon itself does not show the buff:
