Chaotic Creations bugged

Used a Chaos Orb on Stormrider Boots which I got from a Ritual, but didn't get the Challenge.

same problem and worse for me: not getting credit for Experimented, Ritual, Expedition.
and "item cannot be corrupted" for all Rogue Equipment. Yes Ilvl 83 +. |
