Loading Screen Crash + Starfall Crater Lost

Many times since the Settlers League has launched I have been crashing while entering various load screens, mostly while mapping. Unfortunately it happened as I came across a Starfall Crater, and lost the attempt.

This is less so a post about losing the Starfall Crater and moreso a post about the constant loading screen crashes that I have been experiencing.

Here are the two errors that caused the game to go critical and fail that I constantly see in the logs:

I have only ever crashed in the load screen or immediately after the loadscreen. I recently leveled a new character through the campaign and experienced almost no crashes, started mapping, which then caused the crashes to start happening again.

When the game does crash there seems to be a period of time where if I attempt to start the game again it will crash at various points: 1. Immediately upon starting 2. After pressing the Log In button 3. In the loadscreen after selecting a character 4. Loading back into whatever map I crashed in. My temporary fix has been to wait about 5 minutes before I press "Play" on Steam. As you can imagine it becomes extremely frustrating every 20-30mins losing about 5mins to crashes.

I have tried DX12, Vulcan, and DX11. All crash, but DX12 seems to perform the best. Multiple reinstalls, Drivers updated/Clean reinstalls on drivers, everything I could think of, I have tried to no avail.

I am on Windows 11
16G RAM
Processor is a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700KF
Video Card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

TLDR; Never experienced any issues with POE but have been constantly crashing to loading screens all league and all troubleshooting has failed.
