Defiled Forces doesn't refresh shock stack duration

Using Temporal Chains + Frostbite Hextouch with Herald of Thunder.
The Defiled Forces notable should do the following:

Refresh Duration of Ignite, Chill and Shock on Enemies you Curse

Oath of Spring shock stacks hover around the same number when applied and definitely are not getting refreshed after testing. Unsure about normal shock or the other ailments.

This seems unintentional and a fix would be greatly appreciated.
