Seismic Cry is Interrupting & Removing Stuns on Monsters

I am running a Leap Slam of Groundbreaking build that has invested heavily into stun duration. I am running Seismic Cry in Autoexertion, and have been noticing that monsters routinely resume attacking despite the stun icon continuing to swirl over their head.

I tested what may have been causing it, and narrowed it down to Seismic Cry. When you Seismic Cry, the Knockback/Interruption seems to interrupt their stun and allows them to resume attacking. I tested this by stunning a pack, then moving such that ~half of them would get hit by my Seismic Cry, and seeing how just that half re-activated.
