Recombinator bug in standard with new bases

It seems old armour recombinators do not work when you are trying to transfer legacy mods into new bases. Some might call it luck but when you use dozen bases and fail every recomb when game chooses the new base, it kinda shows a pattern instead of luck. Can someone else share their findings and maybe link their success maybe i really did pick up a very very short straw.

ggg should say something about this matter, ive done enough tests,game just doesnt allow successful fracture transfer to new bases. Doesnt matter if its legacy or not.
It just ninja nerf and broken promise

i hope its something to do with Settlers recomb messing with existing system unintentionally. Otherwise its as you said, very scummy to do things without telling. Ive lost 4 mirrors worth of legacy items. Would not have used them otherwise.
