Ground slam of Earthshaking unarmed

Regular ground slam can be done unarmed as well as Vaal ground slam.

Why can the transfigured gem not be done unarmed? This is the only slam gem with a different weapon requirement that just removes an entire weapon slot entry in total .

Can you make this skill usable unarmed? Thank you


EDIT: I guess this skill is 2handed by nature? so maybe not

"Requires a Two Handed Axe, Two Handed Mace, or Staff." Yup, just 2h weapons that could work with Ground Slam to begin with. So unless GGG gives a way for unarmed to count as a 2h weapon, I'd say it won't be happening with GSoE.
