Yugul, Reflection of Terror doesn't change phase.

After phase 2, Yugul, Reflection of Terror keeps standing, cannot target and it is unable to deal damage too.

Experienced this today as well, but in the equivalent fight in maps, not in the campaign. Was in Terrace, Maven was witnessing, at the end of the first phase, the Yugul monster just froze in place, untargetable. The mirror pool turrets keep firing and the mercury blobs keep chasing you but the fight did not progress to the next phase. I left via portal and returned - Yugul had moved to the centre of the pools but remained stuck.
