Blight enemies spawn inside Settlers mining node

Had a lane of Blight spawn inside of an Orichalcum node, making them get stuck. They were also not damageable any way I tried, so the Blight seems to be bricked.

This has happened to me at least twice since league start but not even on a league mechanic node.
Right now I have them stuck on a pillar or something in City Square.  |

This just happened to me. Mausoleum map, Bismuth node. I think I activated and 'finished' blight before activating the node.

Came to report this.
Sepulchre Orichalcum Node Blight mob (Blighted Cinder Elemental) stuck in the mining node. Blight doesn't complete. |
