New unique Admiral's Arrogance doesn't update melee skill correctly

I tried Admiral's Arrogance for shield crush and found out that
melee gem kind of snapshotting the level from it, after you put
on or off the Admiral's Arrogance you have to re-socket the skill
gems or the stat shown from the tooltip won't update.
